Pack Voltage System Schematic5871 viewsThis is the schematic for the Hi Voltage DC System.
It includes everything that connects to the pack.
I've left out a few of the hairball connections (like tach and tach sensor) that don't connect to anything else.

Motor Shroud for Blower5335 viewsThis is the shroud I wrap around each motor (Brush end) to connect the ductwork from the blower.
It's made out of 4" wide aluminum flashing. Just cut with a carpet knife, and flex the cuts apart.

Decals on back5162 viewsI finally got the Decals on the truck.
Hopefully I'll get some good pictures of the ones on the sides as well.

Motor wiring, Series5120 viewsAfter discussing things with several people, I decided to wire the motors in series.
This is because I have a fairly hi voltage page, and should be able to get enough RPM's even with the motors in series.
Also gives much better torque.

Blower to cool the motors4689 viewsThis is a 3 speed 12V blower I got from Surplus center.
I plan on having it come on in low speed whenever I turn the truck on, and it will switch to hi-speed if any of the motor thermostats trigger.

RPM sensor4668 viewsThis shows how I mounted the Z2K RPM sensor to the tailshaft of the motor.

Zilla Mounted4246 viewsThis shows where the Z2K Controller is mounted.

Central Wiring area4124 viewsThis is where most of the control wiring will be.
It's not done yet in this photo.
The meters are the AC Amps and Volts for the PFV-50 input.

Control Wring (part 2)4077 viewsThis is what's under the top board of the control wiring. This is where most of the big parts are located.
PFC-50 plugs, DC-DC converters, fuses for pack voltage accessories, etc...

Mechanical link between Breakers3730 viewsThis shows how I made it so that only 1 of the 2 power inlet breakers can be ON at a time.
Both can be off, but only 1 can be ON.

Control Wiring3692 viewsThis is the main control wiring for the EV conversion. It has the Z2K Hairball, and all the various relays, meters, fuses, etc..
The 2 meters are AC Amps and Volts for the PFC-50 charger.
